Sports
At Reception, our hostesses will be able to direct you to the most qualified individuals and the best infrastructures which, although outside our facilities, are close to the Domaine. You can enjoy: boat excursions, big-game fishing, deep-sea diving, sailing, surfing and tennis.
Hiking enthusiasts will find some magnificent routes in the hills of Deshaies.

Beaches
You can access the loveliest beaches in Guadeloupe within a 5-minute radius of the village of Deshaies by car: Grande Anse, La Perle, Riflet, Fort Royal, Leroux, and so on. You will be able to do all sorts of water sports or simply enjoy some leisure time.
And when the sun is at its zenith, you can also take lunch on the beach facing the sea in one of the local restaurants which will introduce you to the culinary specialities of the island: Accras, Colombo, Fricassée of Queen Conch, Stuffed Crabs and other grilled fish... |

Visits
You can go on many tourist and cultural visits in Basse Terre: you can visit the Parc National (national park), the Jardin Botanique de Deshaies (Deshaies botanical gardens), the Maison de la Fôret (forest info centre), Cascade aux Ecrevisses (waterfall), the Chutes du Garbet (waterfall), the famous Soufrière Volcano, the Pointe de la Grande Vigie (cliffs), and so on.
You can also admire the seabed on an excursion onboard a glass-bottomed boat (La Réserve Cousteau).
Sea, mountains, forest… our team will advise and help you arrange your visits.
