Here, in a few words, is what you will find when you visit the “HEMINGWAY” restaurant-lounge.
It awaits you like a lodge suspended above the sea in a Caribbean setting fragranced with woody and honeyed notes, which only go to enhance the unique, majestic view which nature has so generously reserved for you in this location.

Here, you will savour the cuisine by our chefs, Valérie and Murielle. The cooking originates from the local Guadeloupe region, as they do, and is highly imaginative, cleverly putting to use all the richness of our splendid produce.
You can enjoy our succulent lobsters fresh from the fish tank.
The cuisine has delicate, smooth flavours and the spices are discreet and complimentary to these, as if to enhance the harmonious environment...

Here, you can enjoy trying out many cocktails based on recipes by “Ernest Hemingway,” our inspiration, whose reputation to this day precedes him on the subject. These cocktails remind us of how much he loved Cuba and its crossbreed nuances. During our party evenings and lunches, you will be transported to places where Latin and Creole music, Jazz, Bossanova and other styles will, depending on your desires, tease your ears or make you dance like fury in atmospheres conjured up from here and elsewhere.
Live Jazz evening every Friday. Live Latino-Cuban evening every Saturday. Lunch with accompanying music every Sunday noon (live West Indian and international pop music).

Ernest Hemingway embodied the expression “the art of gracious living makes a writer,” far more than just a writer who knew how to live well. At the “HEMINGWAY” restaurant-lounge, we shall prepare a cocktail called “BIEN-VIVRE” (good living) made of a dash of “good drinking,” 1 good measure of “eating well,” as much as you like of “amusement” and “well-being” aplenty. |
